State PWDs are not that much good for mechanical learning but if you are a civil engineer you will see a next level....I mean a practical work experience with govt , contractors and human resource management

As now a days most of all work of Govt are given contract to private contractor ,so all machine Shop of govt are not that functional , so if contractor wills he will permit you ....it's upon him
