Pfizer work culture is extraordinary. Pfizer cares it's employees as own family. Provides all their daily essential needs (food quality, cab, personal cab, monthly out etc..). I am hardly missing everything. Every employees are equal, each one treat other respectful.

Dislikes

From my experience job security is not guarantee. Their side may have a reasonable reason but think of employees situation.
