Too much politics. favouritism. They will take credit for all your efforts and make you feel that you have done nothing. This not for a individual manager. This is for entire team. I am not mentioning department. Team is full of immature peole.

Entire senior people of particular team is not capable and they are very immature. They are given senior posts but they are not capable to lead a large team.

If I share my experience in Tax then it's same like hell people from team lead they will make your life balance hell they not even help to guide you in from initial days and they will pressurize you lot to charge more and more Hour no matter how much time it will take even if it's 4 am in the morning so on no matter no recognitions at all so much politics within team

Job security is there if you don't do a crime, you will not be fired. Also the overall company culture is fine. Canteen is good, subsidized food is available at lunch.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. For client facing roles you will be asked to work on multiple projects (including domestic and international, based on opportunity). This leads to a 12-16 hrs work/ day on a regular basis. Project budget is poor hence you will need to work on multiple assignments to earn revenue for the partner. Culture varies with teams. For support roles, work volume is very high hence you'll always have backlog. Still they believe calling/ face to face meeting is better than sending emails (emails are just formalities). Learning will be there but you have to learn those skills which your manager wants. They like calling people in office than allowing them to work from home. Creche is not within office, it's 2-4 kms away from office and highly chargeable. Offices are small in size than other MNCs. You might be called on weekends to complete delivery, also manager can call you anytime within 24 hrs for any assigned/ unassigned job....Read More
