Dislikes

Not good for growth. Quality of work is horrible, and most of the middle management including Directors don't act like leaders. All they know is to follow up, nothing more. They don't think about strategy or business metrics or employee satisfaction or building culture

Dislikes

Quality of work is poor in most teams in technology consulting. Bschool grads from premium institutions end up doing application testing or documentation in the name of strategy and business analysis. Pay and hike are below market standards
