They have no such a good policy about promotions and yearly gift, unnecessary delay in onboarding and offboarding, sudden layoffs in the name of trainings.

PwC is a great place to work where we can maintain work life balance. It has multiple learning opportunities which we can use to upskill ourselves. Work culture is very good at PwC.

Dislikes

It doesn't support employee financially. The market value is low as compared to the other firms. Managers and leaders should be more supportive. Somehow coaching is lagging behind. Every aspect we have to learn by ourself and they don'give credit or award.
