Pay is good , sometimes flexible working

1.During peak season 14hrs is glorified, they call it " resource is utilised". 2. Even if you have 1-2 hrs of free time per day , they will map you to other team , throw you with work , with no background on that audit , or no basic about company . All work dump happening here 3. For some ppl taking leave is not a issue and for some they say you have to keep your own back up , not sure what manager is there for , lol , should we bring them form our home ? 4. Some engagement teams just want to dump work and my manager was never involved. Senior associate used to lead the team . With lot of pressure . Sometimes you get work at 12am and it needs to be completed by 3am . That's life here...Read More

As far as my team is concerned, the work culture is pathetic, you don't get appreciation or any feedbacks for improvement, all you get is a warning not to fail. The pay is good but the work life balance is way too bad. I have had my share of health issues due to heavy workload and long working hours. I am even planning to quit my job.
