Staff deployed in cleint location is controlled by Client and PWC management is least bother about work life balance issue since client pressurize PWC workers a lot due to their high billing .

Everything. The team was hopeless, they didn't have any project, doesn't know what a poc is and how to work around. You can be fired from the org even because you're breathing. They will say data science but make you work into god knows what all and they aren't even considerate about the fact that new things take time. They aren't clear in there mind. If someone is fine working, they will get managers to say bad things, give bad reviews and get you fired by max 2 Months....Read More

While I have great respect for pwc form as an organisation and deeply appreciate its culture and management. But I feel compelled to raise concern regarding the handling of sbi Belapur Navi Mumbai project. The project is currently being led by priya sawkare. Whose approach and leadership do not allign with responsibilities expected from someone in as position of associate director. Unfortunately, this has an let to unjust termination of several employees without any valid reason. I strongly believe an pwc value and leaders takes step to uphold the fairness and integrity across the all Navi Mumbai projects which are comes under the priya sawkare. When I was hired they confirmed me that the work will match my previous job role and structure, later I found that I need to compete with the CA's on Financial Services and statements. As a B.tech and Masters in Business Analytics it was not a cup of tea for me. Still I tried to my best , one day I visited my Senior Manager and asked her to put me to some desired project I explained the situation I mentioned above , I was shocked to know the same person interviewed me and with a Question mark on serious note she was telling me Aren't you from the Financial Background? I was shocked and stunned. Phase 2- I suddenly had a serious medical urgency with my dad , with a critical Spine Surgery, I took the WFH permission from my Leads and HRBP on the same, still with each day I was humiliated . I was completing my work after coming back from hospital from 8.30pm at night till 4am in the morning , instead of any Thanks or Appreciated mail I was getting a call from my Manager and she was claiming myself a Shit in work culture, I was not claiming any extra amount for my work . After all these I came out of PwC without any offer because for me keeping my mental health to be stable is a big issue....Read More

Great people, great environment although this may differ from project to project and individual people behavior. Perks are very good. High cover health insurance, L&D benefits, awesome flexibility and additional self enrolled fund benefit for near and dear one (applicable on individual selection)

Dislikes

Sometime some leadership do micro management which affects adversely to the mental health. Major dislike is initially you will get a good salary if you switch from any other company to PwC. But in appraisal expecting much may disappoint you.
