Management and Their Behavior: Although we are working on a project, some Directors do not provide the project code to log hours in the timesheet. As a result, our utilization is not recorded, and they place us on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), saying, "It is just only 30 days, and they will inform you that whatever hike and performance pay that you missed this year will get next year Don't worry take this as a challenge Directors doesn't consider the the rating submitted by managers. They don't give hikes or performance pay that they promised. No work life balance....Read More

Favouritism and partiality if you are good with your manager you will get leaves and work from home just Lik that , if not they will bring all the policies and make your life a living hell So working here is actually a terrible option especially in people operations team

Not at all employee -friendly , will make you work even in your death bed. Will torture you even after resignation, 3 months of notice period will be a hell here.
