Almost Everything..no work-life balance on every Saturdays they ask to do OT or Friday starch without any compensation. In terms of Salary if you compare to another company you will find it on in between. No promotion if you're not a a$$ licker. Work satisfaction is a joke there.. I don't want to write such things because I never did this to any company but this bu!!-shit

I was selected at R1 RCM after clearing all rounds of the interview. Initially, I was quite happy with the process. After a few days, I received an email asking for documents to initiate the background verification. I promptly submitted everything. However, it has now been over 15 days since then, and I haven’t received any update regarding the offer letter or onboarding. I’ve followed up multiple times via email, but there has been no response from HR, which feels very unprofessional and disappointing. As a candidate who was selected and showed full interest and availability, I expected basic communication. Silence after selection creates confusion, wastes time, and affects trust in the company’s work culture. I hope R1 RCM improves its post-selection communication process and respects the efforts and patience of candidates....Read More

Overall R1Rcm as an unit is a good company, but CRC-MFS process is worst for your career growth. It has no value in the market for a Job change whatsoever. If you are looking to join R1 then go for FCC and AR process only, and avoid CRC-MFS process at all cost if you want to make any impact on your skills set for career growth.
