Just the campus is great

You go to office to work, which can also be easily done at home. People there, just care about self reputation, they work in large teams for a single client, but no one is like a team there. No work life balance, they will train you in a month and start your qualificatiin phase, if you so any errors, this will directly go to PIP, which is obvious, but training within a month is not obvious. Only a quick learner would be able to catch-up with it. Also once you are qualified in a process, they will train you on another without any break. Which does sound that you will have no free time....Read More

Recently I joined to this company and its been a month everything is going well, when it comes to Interview process there will be 3 rounds, i.e., Aptitude, Procedure Writing and Quality Assessment . First 2 rounds can easily be cleared and the 3rd round is little difficult where it'll be conducted for 6days, if you have confidence,focus and little concentration you can easily clear that also. Working in this company gives you a good opportunity to develop ur skills. For freshers this is a great place to start their career with high salary for this process also even for experienced. Company have very strict work quality policy. They give compulsary bonus every year and also based on performance incentives every month are given.

Dislikes

There is less yearly hike given in company. If quality work is not given by employee they may terminate the employee. Low job security. Have to to overtime compulsary if work is more.
