Great place to work.always love the way leadership communicates to all the employees. Always find strong relationship between what we do and how it benifits organization's growth. Even at difficult times during COVID, inspite of being in travel industry which was hit at Max than anyone else, there were great communications and transparency from the leadership.

Nothing as such. Everything is great, salary structure, growth etc.

Worst company to work for. Company is a sinking ship with no growth opportunities or job security. Bangalore office is a circus with no clear idea on what to do. Managers hire unmarried female employees for unethical reasons and allow to them to work only for three or four days a week. I was a team lead on one such team and I was harassed and forced to quit because I reported it. No body cares about future or career advancement. Career will be doomed if you join this company.
