Likes

- Very good employees who show lot of commitment in their work. Founders are good at hiring people who are very talented and ethically strong. - Founders are very talented and hard working, they put a lot of efforts in their work and are always ready to improve. They are committed to provide success to their clients.

Dislikes

- Poor work culture. Company expects employees to have a sense of urgency, but employees seem to always stay in a state of urgency. Even the top performing employees do overtime for long hours almost everyday. There is no account of extra hours you are made to work. Employees often eat lunch at odd hours due to work. Employees are treated like mere resources and not like people. You are expected to work like co-founders of the company but you are treated with zero respect for you and your work. Employees often get scolded when things don't go right, which can be quite humiliating sometimes. - Company lacks ethical values. Lot of employees were fired for lame reasons or put on unpaid leave during the COVID-19 period. But they still maintain that no layoffs were made during this period. Don't fall for the company family nonsense. Company also writes fake positive reviews. Please talk to employees directly to get a clear picture. - No flexible work timing. You have to pay fine when you don't come to office on time even though you might have worked late at night the previous day. - Lack of experienced developers leads to accumulation of technical debt. - Bad company policy. It is only there to safeguard company interests, nothing good for the employees. - Big bond period and bond breaking amount....Read More
