Worst management ever! U can see lot of job opening because high staff turnover here. 10 of 10 staff not satisfied with mgt here. Entitled for leave but u cant use as u want. Even your leave they will adjsut for u when. In 10 leave u apply, only 1 will approve.

U can lean on your co wokers but cannot rely on mgt. They wont cover you. Can learn many things here but cannot stay longer. Even on your leave day mgt will ask you to do your work. Because they are lazy to cover.
