Manager are so over here there is Operations Manager of quality called Santosh Swain he is such woma+nizer londiyabaz person always check out girls in the name of knowledge checking keep flirting at the age of 40+ he is not even deserved to be an executive post don't know how blindly startek hire this kind of 3rd class people. He always giving threat like work properly and all but seems like he also don't have that much of knowledge being a quality OM and expecting us to be a good process knowledge. I heard that previously he taken care of IB process but don't k how startek gave him chat process while his only motive to check out girls if you talk to the point he will make you feel scare and guilty always try to pull legs and all.. if you lough even his jokes and acknowledge his dual meaning joke you are very good executive in his eye so I don't want be work in such a toxic place where AM & TL we're silent and HR only listening to hire Authority my TL was so good but need little courage from him to stand my side so I can remove this santosh swain virus by putting pos on him. As a quality manager santosh riding a rapido that's why his mentality like that from startek even his junior quality also like that one guy already got ZT in pos case who's name is Arman he also doing flirt with girl in the name of feedback such a poor quality department of startek.....Read More
