Due to present salary scales and staff recruited for last 15 years are not dynamic, worthy for high past standards of the Bank. Top management lacks vision control and efficiency for which bank was considered in the past. Working standards are moving from bad to worse for last ten years. Bank requires complete overhauling and from AGM's upwards management trainees needs to be appointed from outside. It is evedent from the value of shares of the bank which has not appreciated for last 15 years and are losing worth oftenly....Read More
