No job security always have to watch over your shoulder. False promises, no hikes. Preferential treatment for Pune employees highest and scraps for other employees. No semblance of leadership, no proper project planning. It’s more of payroll company than a proper IT organisation.

Job security is very low. Dont get carried away by the salary offered on joining as following years would be negligible. Innovation is zero.

Dislikes

Career growth is minimal as there are no oppurtunities. They attract job seekers with high pay and after their huge earnings they will not retain you after your contract ends. Its so pathetic that they dont provide medical insurance.
