Very bad internal politics. No farsighted Ness from management in dealing with project and clients. Once you are removed from client project there is no job security. Very worst management.

Dislikes

No way to enhance skill. Bad internal politics. Team Leader not involved in project estimates so very ground reality is overlooked by management giving estimates to client. Work pressure high due to every weekend work. But if you are placed at client location then you are saved.
