The Company culture is great. They treat their employees greatly. The policies made by the company benefits the employees in all stages of work. A good environment to work.

Dislikes

The overall culture and system of Tata Projects is excellent. But some people in senior management need to adhere to the culture and policies, they run in their own manner carry forwarding their way from previous organization's. Work culture at sites is a main area of concern.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
