Work culture is very good, you will get immense opportunity to develop your skill and learn at your own pace, the main pros is they will provide permanent remote opportunities.As it is a product based company so you can expect a good salary also.

Dislikes

Sometimes you can feel there is a communication gap between team member but not for all the the teams in few teams you can fell that.
