Work life balance is good.

...ny Indians were fired without any reason. I was a victim of a similar situation. I was let go inspite of my good performance and I used to earn my bonus and incentives. The HR had no powers to question or ask the victim employee on the case which was pathetic. Job security is absolutely zero. I am not sure about other teams. This was the scenario in the team that I worked.

They pay you good if you join from a reputed organisation. Work life balance is good but only for CTB folks. Operations or RTB folks have to stretch daily. Good learning opportunity.

Dislikes

KPI's are not defined, Lack of transparency, Biased Management and Retaliation if you speak too much. Promotions are reserved only for those who are good at networking and real talent is seldom recognized. Job security vise its not doing good either as people are rolled off from projects for cost cutting measures and there are too many changes in the team structure every year. Higher management is not bothered and are themselves Demotivated.

Despite high performance and consistent contributions, the promotional trajectory can at times feel encumbered by layered processes and rigid timelines. This occasionally leads to a sense of stagnation, particularly when growth ambitions outpace organizational movement. It’s not so much a lack of recognition, but rather the structural delay in translating that recognition into upward mobility.

Working hours is general shift in my project. In my project, it's very flexible with leaves, take it by informing supervisor whenever required.

Dislikes

...lp. I requested to make it flexible (4 cumulative days in a month), they denied. Moreover the Sick Leave policy here is followed as per WB government labour commission policy where half pay is deducted if SL is applied for a day. So, the employees of Accenture Kolkata doesn't apply SL(maximum).
