The Office environment and reputation of the company is good

Dislikes

They give negligible salary to freshers and make them do any work for any position that's vacant. Most of the times they don't have much projects and keep the freshers on bench without any clarity and blame them for not getting good ratings.

The culture is amazing with lots of employee benefits. The leadership is also very inclusive and understanding.

Dislikes

Hikes and promotions are a little less than what should be expected. It's great for an experienced professional but for freshers it's not a good start from the salary side.

Pay was really good. It was above the market.

They would speak sweetly yo cover outside world. But when it comes to reality they will turn your life up side down. Words don't alignment with their actions. For last 1 year I worked for more than 11 hours per day.

...garding the work which we done in the year then they start some cinematic story. Your salary is already high or outside market is done. Your are star performer in the whole year but still something is missing you are not a role model or when they give promotion by mistake Your name will not be in the list. Then manager says computer error.
