Some teams do have a very good work environment and work life balance, but didn't go well for me. Very good infrastructure. Good food.

Corporate politics No worklife balance Seniors doesn't appreciate your work. If you are work is good , they get jealous. Work will be loaded on staff. Have to work on weekends too. No holidays on festivals during busy season.

I had my salary decreased after joining the company because of the mistake that was done by the HR. The work environment is terrible, never join EY. The management is horrible
