There's nothing to like here. Only job security is good, they do not layoff or fire anyone, so if they do not like someone, they'll just make his life hell but won't fire him.

...hey have no way to deal with the issues other than shouting and shouting louder. Poor salary. Extremely fixed timings for coming to office, but at the time of leaving, you can only leave after production line has stopped, so many people put in almost 10-11hrs of work daily. Extreme biasedness.

...height 2.Oiling for the bosses & even their family members ego satisfaction 3.No transparency during salary hike, promotion 4.Internal politics, making the colleagues frustrated by insulting. 5.Micromanaging at its height 6.Wrong people at HO, no idea at all about the market. Just worried about KRA. 7.Tactically forcing to work on holidays. 8. Apply techniques to prevent taking leave 5 days or a week vacation. 9. Full of devil's advocate

...er. But your boss is bad only thinks about himself then it's worst to work here. If you are goodieee with your boss your salary rise like a rocket. I personally experience this. So one thing is sure and I have learnt from my past experience. Don't love your company Love your work what you are doing. Company doesn't care about you at all. If you not perform they will throw you out. This thing is so common in every company after pandemic.

So many dislike Salary rise not good. Wasted mediclaim which cost you 30000 per year and gives you nothing.

> Due to Worker Union difficult to get desired jobs done by them > ITI / Diploma level experienced persons are promoted to HOD level which I feel worst system in the organization because such HODs doesn't give path to their sub ordinates for any development.
