Good for a fresher. You can learn in and out about corporate.

Zero growth in 2 years despite proving one self again and again. HRSC has the worst pay out system in HCL. Maybe good for IT or other commerce fields but worst for HRSC specifically.

Salary packages are really pathetic, management plays dirty politics, not good appraisals, no promotions, people do not talk to each other in office premises because of management fear.

Hi, Its a terrible experience to worked with HCl tech. i wasted my 12 months with hcl, as they dont have line up Hr for the co-ordination. i would suggest dont go for hcl. previously i worked with many MNC's, but seriously this was not a employee centric org. even TL dont knows about there policies. i was wonder how they become MMC 5 level org. Pathetic experience. ( DBS bank project )

Lack of communication between employee and Hr. Salary deduction without any reason. Fake commitments.
