Job security, people with three three PPI also remains on the office. Actually they want employees with less salary who doesn't have experience and who doesn't take work seriously and that's why they get PPI because of behaviour, work and less performance now they don't to loose those candidates as experience and deserved will not work there or join so yes of you want to settle with no benifits join HCL no will fire you

There is nothing to like about HCL specifically HR, salary and growth management. I haven't received my last 4 days salary in notice period despite having proof they continued giving unnecessary reasons.Salary they increased like giving chanda despite 3rd party gives a good amount. And management people they are always in search of bulley girls specifically the training teams. Glad that I left HCL

Partiality between male and female staff. For the girls there is no cab KM range, they can pick at any place but, for the male staff they fixed the KM range that they are struggling and it's impact on their work life or even mental health.

Good work life balance. It depends on people and their mindset and also on their goals what they want to achieve as a professional.

HCL Tech is a cheater company. Makes false promises. They don't even pay the salary components which they promise for example Joining bonus, . The HR never never supports and never replies to your queries. No appraisal at all.

Office permises very clean and beautiful. Cab transport facilities very nice, managers and other management very supportable.

Dislikes

I dislike the EBP Salary variable clause. salary increments and promotion process not much better, its very slow.
