Contract permanent employee partiality Non rational thinking managers Vendors should work like donkeys while permanent staff is chilling Most permanent staff are not good at their work Top management never hear about vendor employee concerns Many permanent staff is being paid hell of salary for no reason. HDFC should seriously consider vendors contribution at work and should do less pampering for permanent employees. Many managers have no idea what is happening in the project

Less salary , salary and career growth is very slow, no training is provided to new joinees, there are no facility for IT officer , all decision are depends on your manager, in covid - 19 situation all teams are working from home & our team come regular in office ,bank providing us laptop for do work from home & all other staff are coming office twice in week but our manager say come regular.

It was very very good learning experience for me.

Salary inbalance not even to the market standard. Those who gives 100% and do honest work they don't get what they deserve. I have experienced and seen many of them left because of same. But working with HDFC will be always a good learning experience for rest of your life.

...preciated rather your credit will be given to someone else. No pay for Overtime. HR doesn't know the difference between CTC and Gross Salary. Toxic work culture. They even make you work on holidays and says they'll compensate by letting us take a leave on some other day but never allows later. Overall, not a place that is to called healthy at all. This company should be severely punished and look after for their employees' mental health. Oh yes, they even make you work on sick days and even if someone is dying in your family. A pathetic company.
