There is nothing to like about this Bank.

Everything, starting from work culture, there is no work life balance, pay is below industrial standards, no growth here and very toxic. The Senior management, middle management and lower management is full of crappy people. Con-calls are held at odd hours, like from 8.30 in the morning whereas our shift starts from 9.30. We are asked to reach office before 9 to attend con-calls and we leave office post 7.30 whereas our work timings are from 9.30 till 5.30. Too much of sales pressure and thrashing on daily basis over calls. Appraisal depends on how much you can butter people up on hierarchy. Hard work is not appreciated rather your credit will be given to someone else. No pay for Overtime. HR doesn't know the difference between CTC and Gross Salary. Toxic work culture. They even make you work on holidays and says they'll compensate by letting us take a leave on some other day but never allows later. Overall, not a place that is to called healthy at all. This company should be severely punished and look after for their employees' mental health. Oh yes, they even make you work on sick days and even if someone is dying in your family. They treat their employee like a slave. There is no holiday for their employee. If they are sick or meet in an accident, you have to come and work like you are a slave for HDFC
