First of all don't trust the positive reviews..now come to the negative reviews...so salary deduction is taken on small things.If a punch in punch out is missed and if the employee has worked the entire day then still there will be a deduction for that day...the lift is always closed...whether someone is handicapped or a pregnant lady. Parking facility is paid and you have to pay 40 Rs for two wheeler and 80 Rs for four wheeler on a daily basis...there is no sick leave policy... the cafeteria is over charged and the food quality is also bad... please avoid this company please

they deduct salary with fine if we take LWP if you dont have leave balance punch in & punch out machine time is incorrect & sometime it will be stopped due to this salary could be deduct Too much work pressure pathetic management & very rude as well no transparent roles & responsibility without permission you cant take lunch break as well if we resigned then IE will charge 25K money as compensation which they spent on employee they deduct 2K for headphone parking is paid id card is paid

Nothing.. it's utter shit.. one thing that's good is for fresher who start at age 19 with good English speaking ability can easily earn 35k to 40k from starting but if u are thinking to stay and a make a career then it's utter bulshit organization

Managers do not give u ur holidays. TL makes OT mandatory and salary hike is like chillers to beggars..

Once you enter the office campus, you are not allowed to step outside, even during breaks, until your shifts ends and you punch out. Your phones are kept in lockers and you will feel locked on your work floor. If you are the one who doesn’t bring lunch from home, you will have to rely on office canteen, which serves overpriced and bad quality food. Unfortunately, even if the food is inedible, you have no other option. If you choose to order food online, your break time will be over and you will not get time to eat peacefully. Here, four wheeler parking costs ₹80 per day, yet finding a spot is a struggle everyday. Like many BPOs, the HR department is more focused on recruitment than employee relations, development or, support. It seems they have targets to hire hundreds of employees everyday due to high employee turnover. In many processes, management seems to prefer when tenured employees resign, as it reduces cost and makes room for newer employees who will value them more, they think. Additionally, each process has its own strict rules, which are only revealed after training is completed and employees start working on the floor.

this company judges people a lot. their management is not at all good. they deduct salary on card punch inn or out miss even if the agent came on time and worked whole day. promotions is really bad. they promote people and do not give them papers for years.
