Nothing much to add here, except the fact that compensation can be a little better but still better than most good companies.

Overall a good company to work with. Simple structure, good package and HR plays an important role.

Dislikes

Internal processes are too informal and cluttered for a manager to work. But that is not impacting anything on day to day work or compensation

Nagarro has always been employee centeric organization, during the Covid crisis also the culture remain intact. Emloyes are allowed to Work from home from very first day. Special Corona management team is formed to support employee infected with virus. Job safety remains as company growing continuously.

Dislikes

Nagarro did the salary deduction during the covid time for 6 month for all empoyees, it was good decision as it helps the organization to retain the employee on bench. But the deduction doesn't seems to be completely compensated during the appraisal.

Salary on Time. Most of the project are still remote (WFA)

Dislikes

The company primarily operates as a short-term project consultancy, deploying individual resources to client projects. Internal interviews are conducted by junior staff even for senior positions. The client interview rounds are quite rigorous, resembling direct interviews with the Companies. Given the short-term nature of the projects, this process is repeated every 6-8 months. As a contract resource on a project, you may find that clients treat you accordingly. In my opinion, this environment may not be suitable for individuals with over 8 years of experience.
