... down and m sure because of them soon Nagarro will be scrambling over nothing. It's good in terms of salary, hike and other monetary benefits but if you talk about good projects and learning trust me they have nothing.

Everything except pay hell stupid management , manager is quite demeanour. she doesn’t even know the oracle terminology and doesn’t know how to talk .. if i talk about module leaders ohhh my god, no knowledge trust me 0 knowledge . Yes ! manager (She) do back shit a lot ... Meher Madhurima at least support women in their hard times, you really need to learn a lot and Harvinder get a good training material else you will be in Nagarro forever because none is hiring you for your 0 knowledge. They really don't have a single Oracle fusion project and they are doing RFPs for ages that's it. They hire HCM resources so that they can learn and give them 100% hikes,

Nothing , it's not different from any other business organisation who only wants profits.

I had been working with them for 4 yrs now but been paid 4x lower package. The CEO call himself Human but isn't this inhuman to take advantage of honest laborious people if they had not been very smart in negotiations or facing something to bad in their personal life.

Company is about the leaders and managers. If you get good team and the manager, company is good else we know what to do...

Dislikes

...iple rounds and course learnings to get promoted but it will be the dry one i.e. no hike on promotion. 2. No good hikes even on appraisal cycle after promotion. 3. Yearly appraisal percentage is lowered down than what was there 3 years ago.

...ery good working culture and you can really balance your personal and work life. The salary and benefits are also commendable.

The projects could be a problem sometime along with upper management.

Recently I have observed one issue related to salary increments which is around 4-6% of the CTC. Whereas the current inflation of country is around 7%.
