Will i get the offer letter?

I got selected for TCS digital profile and had my interview a few weeks ago. The interview was about 30-40 minutes. All the rounds happened in one go, project based, SQL and a dsa questions were asked which I solved in Python, also answered OOPs related questions in java. My question is how many days will it take to get offer letter from TCS and will joining date also come with offer letter? Thanks for ur time..

Low salary. Extremely delayed promotions. Extremely low variable payout. Unethical seniors- often false promises of promotion and onsite are offered to allure employees in joining project. Long working hours expectation. Supervisors call you at unearthly hours. Goals and Attributes are set at the last moment during appraisal time and often set as per the decision made on your band. If a low band is decided for you, then un realistic goals are set for you. Highly demotivating work environment.

Senior resource will only get 20-30% variable pay. In general forget the variable pay then your annual CTC will be 2 lakhs less if you are getting higher package. HR's and management treat people like school. Toxic culture Skill mismatch- They are doing it purposefully because that'll make you loose your confidence then people won't go to other companies

Little job security unless and until you don't violate company security policy noone will fire you.

Dislikes

Paying low salary to existing employees and hiring outside candidates in average package. And giving yearly hike of just 2-3% however in media they will show 7-10% sometimes more. Higher management doesn't bother about you. They want their work done. Most of the higher management company working on toxic behaviour. A lot of people are on bench some are since year. Average bench period 3months min. Doesn't have anything any project.
