...nges happened after Ratan TATA Sir passed away.which are not employees friendly. One side there is no salary increment and other hand they deducted almost 15% salary from some employees on the name of anual performance, no transparency in performance management, work distribution etc.

Only good thing is that salary comes on time and you can upskill yourself through various activities.

Dislikes

The project allocation procedure is hit with rampant politics and RMG will make sure to dump you in a project which nerfs you to the core and kills your work motivation and makes you question yourself at every stage about the efforts you put in to be who you are today.

Once upon a time I liked TCS about the industry standards, reputation,work life balance and skill development concepts.

...fficials about the unprofessional behaviour they don't take any action about it. No work life balance, salary hike, promotions, work satisfaction etc. No recognized in work.Ratings are not given based on work, it's purely based on reviewer & Manager would like to give even if you do work or not

Little job security unless and until you don't violate company security policy noone will fire you.

Dislikes

Paying low salary to existing employees and hiring outside candidates in average package. And giving yearly hike of just 2-3% however in media they will show 7-10% sometimes more. Higher management doesn't bother about you. They want their work done. Most of the higher management company working on toxic behaviour. A lot of people are on bench some are since year. Average bench period 3months min. Doesn't have anything any project.

...r what don't know but over all my work experience with Tcs is very bad or worst. There is a variable pay every quarter but its valid for only those whose salary is as it is good but those who have less salary they don't get paid anything but they have been asked to come to office on a regular basis what a great rule has been made. People here having so much of attitude problem if they knows something they will not even give a chance to seat and learn with them quite mean people working in the organisation.. There is no way to get the promotion and if you are working as a analyst management will be showing as if they are the boss and they are paying you.. Not at all happy working with TCS and i will never recommend anyone to work here... i know people will still come madly to work here because its the Tata company but i wish they would have given the opportunity to anyone...
