...ourage in growth. 5. In the name of 8 hrs they make us work for almost 9hr. 6. Salary in offer letter is different and what we get is what begggers get road side. 7. No healthy environment. 8. Collogue smoke and smell so bad that other's feel suffocating. 9. PROCESS is not thought correctly and direct work is pressured in newbies. 10. If work mistakes happens then TL shout (yell) front of all the employees and other TL insult very badly. 11. They say rotational but mostly night' shifts.

Salary is good than other companies at associate level.

Dislikes

Security guards who operates at reception, they're acting like they're above CEO level. There is no job security at all, you'll suddenly kicked out and you'll never know! No trusted colleagues and no trusted management.

During the Covid, when everyone was losing their job, company didn't fire us so that is the best about the company.

...creasing they will fell u like ur unfit to do any job, they will demotivate you. 👎No ethics and value, No equality,No paid leaves, No promotions,No salary hike,No work life balance, and very less salary ☹️ U will only get hike or promotion when ur favour with TL, otherwise they will be rude with you They will force you to login 1hr before and logout after 1hr , as already our working hours is 9.50 🫠. Only night shifts, no night allowances,

...ame techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Even they don't care about your health, if you are not well they will make you come to the office and if you don't come they will just say we are gonna cut pay from your salary. Make us do so much work , put so much pressure and won't give time to improve yourself , salary is so less according to the work they make us do
