Great place to develop leadership qualities as they give you ample opportunities to develop the solution based on your understanding, (but first you have to prove yourself) Great SAP implementation projects. Self Learning and development options are great. Recognition of hard work and results

Non technical management Salary structure Appraisals as per industry standards Sales team needs to have a technology expert who can take call what is feasible and what is not considering timelines mentioned in contract which leads undue delays and pressure on professional working on the projects

IJP interview selection is not done on merit basis, unfair work culture, poor scope for promotions & appraisals, salary offered is not worth for the job responsibilities given.

Need to normalize compensation as per industry standards, too much dependency on person who contributes more so that he or she may end up not utilizing leaves in really need cases also, distribution of work among all needs to be taken care. Also encourage for taking our legal leaves.
