-On time salary credit -Extra 5 lac of medical insurance benefits can be claimed ( in name of trust)in case of critical health emergency and si exhaust however the premium amount of rs 200 deducts from associate salary each month.

-Hiring process ,variable component in ctc which is not properly explained while hiring. -Hiring for team lead position but responsibility not provided and giving designation of senior associate.( Not mentioning team lead on offer letter) - Multiple platforms to enhance skill promoted but reducing access/no access provided because company don't has money to give to platform ( Udemy) etc -Dry promotion ,late promotion -No Appraisal/ Delay appraisal -Frequent layoff / bench movement - Medical insurance not sufficient and multiple restrictions on claim amount. - variable pay calculation not transperant, it stop of when person resign and on notice period

It's not much to discuss about. I will say the higher management need to take things into consideration.

Dislikes

A lot. 1. Long working hours(16hrs a day) 2. Salary- low not upto the mark. 3. Work Pressure- High. Stress will be give a the very intense level. 4. Medical Assit- Zero. The medical term provided by the company is a complete waste. They don't even provide/reimburse any medical cost. The management even casual take the cases. Faced personally. Zero help even from company side. 5. Work Environment- It's like working like a donkey. Will be like you will be blamed now and then even if you do the work or is the fastest work completer. 6. Manager- Don't even bother about your health or mental pressure. He only wants work and work only. If he would have all rights na he will even ask a dead employee to wakeup and complete your tasks first. Their are a lot of politics in the world place. No fair judgments. Will be give with 2-3 different works at a same time. And even an hour long work to be completed in a span of 15 mins. Their is a lot to say but on a serious not the higher officials need take this into consideration. Sorry to say but Mr. Anand Mahindra sir need to know about this absurd works done behind his back. Even Labour commission and Human rights commission should also intervene to this disgraceful things done.
