...that situation the company was with all the employees who were with the company. The salary was credited on time which was quite helpful for everyone . Tank you TECH MAHINDRA FOR ALL THE SUPPORT

...n that company starts thinking as if they're the owner. There is no work ethics. Manager used to make us work on Saturdays and Sundays without pay. No access to portals and we were left on the mercy of the manager to give us fresh leads to work on. You would have to run errands for the manager so as to make him happy to provide you leads. It is a sin to talk to people from other teams. You are supposed to walk a half kilometer away canteen, have your food and come back again within 30 minutes. Same rule doesn't apply on the manager as he can stay absent for 2 or more hours for the same. Bullying and gossiping is normal and when confronted about the same, company culture is provided as the reason. Moral: Not worth it.

Should sit for 8 and half hours straight on the floor Only one hour break is allowed . Everyone keeps eye on you and your performance . Should take 8-10 calls per day. Permanent work from office. No wfh , no laptops given
