    Salary and hike was very less. Yearly giving only 6 to 10℅ only and no onsite opportunity also There is no job security in tech mahindra. If no project means 1 month in bench and immediately remove from tech mahindra.. Very worst organization..

    As a service based organisation,Tech M is good at paying variable pay and salary on time. If you are on bench ,then bench policy is different.

    Dislikes

    No extra perks, No benifits for long time working day. If project manager allows then only they give shift allowance. No promotion, no hike , you will get at max 3 to 5 % if you work outstanding. and yearly increment will be applicable from August or September . If someone leaving the organisation then no headache, HR and Manager will not discuss only for retention.

    Good Salary they will give full variable pay when you are in project. So in hand salary will be good. We do have a lot of internal trainings.

    Dislikes

    No Hike , Poor Management, Too Much Work pressure specially NNA project. No work life balance . I have clocked 13-14hrs daily trust me.
