...Toxic work environment. Least bothered about employee concerns and satisfaction. Salary discrepancies every month which never gets resolved. Need to beg for laeves. Its better to not work rather then working for teleperformance.

...the Quality department. There were so many skilled and motivating individuals. I suggest Teleperformance to people who are looking for a job with friendly environment alongside great career opportunities and reasonably good salary package.

The hectic schedule makes it tough sometimes. Also, 5 days working program needs to be implemented atleast.

There is a lot of technitio and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resing on the job training is not given to new joinees

1% of TP employment is actually creative, innovative, Great Managers, etc. 2. Cab fees no deduction from salary.

1. You have to pay for your food, where quality is poor. 2. My Manager is w*tch 3. Gender biased 4. Double standard people 5. Too much office politics 6. No work life balance. 7. You will get promotion fast, if you are good in A** licking
