...tarted working because it was covid then and they were providing work from home. The salary was terrible. They deduct from that you. In the starting they were giving leaves and it was 5 days working alternatively but then they made it 6 days working . Also there is no appraisal or promotions. They promote you off papers.. that means you do double work and they with give you chavanni in your hands. Politics is there like any other company.

Salary is not upto the mark to my hardwork. Working more than 10hrs. Getting calls after our shift completes. No proper hikes, allowances and they didn't think about their staff needs
