Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.

TL and Managers are not cooperative than life becomes hel. They will creat atmosphere that will directly or indirect impect/hit on month salary and finally upraisal so no benifits nothing. Experiencing this I feel its not recommended as good working culture.. and not satisfied. This happen from last couple of months and so many people started changing there jobs.

The incentive and pay is good. Salary is paid timely.

Dislikes

Shift timing and week offs keep changing each week so you cannot plan anything well ahead. Managers are not at all supportive. They believe in hire and fire. Employees do not have any flexibility. Work culture is very toxic. They treat employees as trash and not as an asset of the organization so they keep looking for chances on how to throw you out. You are expected to meet ALL TARGETS EVERY MONTH. Which is unrealistic to expect out of a human being. There are ups and downs mentally and physically as well. They do not consider all these, doesn't matter how long you have stayed in the organization and how exceptionally good numbers were delivered by you in the past. You can be easily discarded by this organization. Zero mental peace and zero work life balance
