GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

They do not actually care how the quality affects business, despite of sharing the data with them they remain statuette as long as salary is coming in management’s account. So if you love your salary the most you can simply close your eyes and wait for other to be transferred 😕

Dislikes

The management people just careful about their own favourites, rest do not exist for them. Most of the people sitting at above levels, hardly even know how to sum to values in excel, but they have excellent skillsets of how to “Please” their managers and that’s absolutely fine at least they know how they can survive! Rest I would least work for even a single day here, in case I get another opportunity. WNS is Toxic! And yes they will make sure to sing their Rudali Raag during the Feb-March period, after all who doesn’t want to keep money in their own account! Indian lala company mentality!

The only good thing about this organization is Hybrid Model

Dislikes

Appraisals and Bonus = The company is following this practice of delaying Bonus and increments in order to retain employees. Bonus is generally delayed by 1/2 months and Increment is delayed by 5-6 months (i.e almost 2 quarters) and no one is answerable for these delays.

Everything takes too much time. Appraisal is standard but the salary includes variable pay which only comes twice a year based on teams performance.
