1. LOST calculation takes a long term(example; one staff lost his goods in january and takes his salary still on the same amount and leaves the company, but when it is calculated, lets say he lost 3000, the lost count comes to us in like the next 2 or 3 months, so the one who work still but have no lost goods have to pay for him..) I wish the lost calculation to take a shorter period, it will be very useful for the staff of the company

Company work culture is good , senior managers is supportive, salary received in mentioned time,Training provided if something new is on board in our system.

Dislikes

Disturb with working hours as nowadays maximum time we are closing nearly by 11pm due to RVP tlqc process and as we are doing that process unnecessary.

Likes

1) A decent load we used to get the whole year. 2) We used to get salary on time every month. 3) Can work with flexible timings.

Dislikes

1) Debit details are not clear for that we used to get heat from SR's. 2) Vendor's payments are not clear with SR's. 3) Monitoring a SR is very difficult here as we didn't get the perfect OFD details in the EOD

Monopoly of department Heads Wrong Peaples are sitting at Senior positions those not having proper skill and Leadership Qqualities those not haven't decision making Skill also but they are expert in presenting fake data and making fool management and safeguard their own chaires by playing corporate politics and honest people's are becoming victims because of their personal ego. There is no people care
