Why are women still asked such personal questions in interview?
I recently went for an interview… and honestly, m still trying to process what just happened. Instead of being asked about my skills, experience, or how I could add value to the company… the questions took a totally unexpected turn. The interviewer started asking things like When are you getting married? Are you engaged? And m sure, if I had said I was married, the next question would’ve been How long have you been married? What does my personal life have to do with the job m applying for? This is where I felt the gender discrimination hit hard. These types of questions are so casually thrown at women during interviews but are they ever asked to men? No one asks male candidates if they’re planning a wedding or how old their kids are. So why is it okay to ask women? Can we please stop normalising this kind of behaviour in interviews? Our careers shouldn’t be judged by our relationship status. Period.

I was left that company because there the work culture is the worst and the worst people are there , they are taking your money and also EPF money how nonsense people are staying there ,I just gave resigned and came back but they told me that you have done obscond. They only know how to make fool customers also to employees. And I am suggesting that you never join that company and not join their pgs. There are no good facilities.every one is trying to misuse if you are good. They are trying to force you to leave the job. I was suffering. Every one is included in the harassment.i have tried to contact HRS, they are not responding to my calls and also no reply from the sending mails. I have been trying for 2 months to contact about the EPF and about the reply of resignation mail.

They said " We will not be able to provide any communication as you have not done any exit formalities. As per HR records you have been marked as Absconded from services. I will not be able to action anything on your profile."

This is the situation of this company, i suggest that you don't go to join this company.if They will see these kinds of comments , It means, surely i know that they will change their rules and regulations.

"Please don't join this kind of company."in my life I have seen this kind of worst company ever"and in that company people are also the worst.
