Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Avoid joining this company, as it represents a dire situation. At Swiggy, employees are treated as disposable, akin to tissue paper, with significant discrimination between North and South employees. There is no additional salary or overtime compensation for working on weekends. From day one, I was targeted without receiving proper training, which prevented me from requesting a salary increase. I did not receive a raise from my previous salary, remaining at the same pay level, which has proven to be a regrettable decision in my life. Once you join the organization, the HR department will not answer your calls, and upon leaving, managers may treat you poorly; in my case, I experienced verbal scolding.
