Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - If you're a freshers and urgent need of money then only join,. The work life balance will be completely destroyed, the weekly targets abd the upper management pressure is too much to work in a stable way.
I had worked for 8minths , we had no holidays, monday ysed to be weekly off but if you're 50% targets are not complted then u have to work , and presently the lead quality is too bad, getting clients is too tough.
But you're whole experience will depend on you're manager, mine was really good he helped me to learn a lot of stuffs but the moment he resigned it becomes more tough.
So all the best it was a hell of a journey I have learn ablotbof things, get incentives, appreciated from my managers but yes mental peace is not a thing that will be considered in this company.
