- Plan and manage Institutional sales function to enhance the share in overall LCV business with a view to increase corporate customer base as well as improve the market share growth of LCV business.

Sales Plan Deployment:
- Develop and implement sales plans to target corporate clients and achieve sales targets.
- Identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and define sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the corporate segment.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the corporate sales team to ensure alignment with sales objectives and targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance the team's sales capabilities and productivity.
Client Relationship Management:
- Increase the client base for corporate sales function/ tenders respectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, including fleet managers, procurement officers, and business owners.
- Understand their requirements, address their concerns, and propose customized solutions to meet their transportation needs.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Drive lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential corporate clients.
- Utilize various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and digital marketing, to prospect for new business opportunities and expand the corporate client base.
Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Lead negotiations with corporate clients/Government tenders to secure profitable sales contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize revenue and profitability while meeting customer requirements and maintaining competitive positioning.
Sales Process Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing and delivery.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, accurate proposal generation, and efficient coordination with internal departments, such as finance, logistics, and after-sales service, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the corporate/ institutional sales segment.
Sales Process Management:
