Our client is committed to transforming vertical transportation by providing innovative, reliable, and efficient elevator solutions. Since 2016, Our client has proudly served the Philippines, offering state-of-the-art elevator systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
The Job
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients in the construction and real estate sectors, and enhancing brand awareness. The Sales and Marketing Officer will play a critical role in promoting our elevator solutions, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring the companys goals are met.
Sales Strategy and Client Acquisition :
- Develop and implement sales strategies specifically targeted toward real estate developers, architects, contractors, and property managers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales of elevators and related services.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to showcase the benefits of our elevator solutions.
- Conduct site visits to better understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Relationship Building and Customer Service :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on elevator products and services, addressing technical queries and concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and explore opportunities for repeat business.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and client handover.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the elevator industry.
- Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our brand and solutions effectively.
Marketing and Brand Promotion:
-Manage the company's digital presence, ensuring the social media platforms are engaging and up to date.
- Organize and participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility.
- Regular engaging in all the company's social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn)
Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Track and report on sales and marketing activities, providing insights into campaign performance and sales metrics.
- Submission and Updating of Sales Pipeline Weekly.
- Prepare regular updates for management on sales forecasts, challenges, and new opportunities.
- Make sure that their SMOs has a minimum of 20 RFQ monthly.
- Submission of Monthly Workload every 3rd week of the month.
