Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The Telecaller will play a key role in generating leads, following up with potential clients, and scheduling site visits. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.
- Lead Qualification: Understand client requirements, qualify leads, and explain available property options.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain regular follow-up with interested leads and keep them engaged throughout the sales cycle.
- CRM Management: Update lead information and call records accurately in the CRM system.
- Customer Interaction: Answer basic client queries related to property details, pricing, location, and amenities.
- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from clients post-visit and share with the sales team.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or graduation in any field (Bachelor's preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service (real estate preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [English and regional languages].
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools or Excel.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet calling targets.
