Management. wrong people in management who don't have any clue how be professional, half of the staff do smoke up outside office which absolutely no one cares about. Late night shifts are worst as an female employee. It is a pathetic company, pressurises a lot and forces to do OT, plus doesn't pay OT money on time. No job security. They hire in bulk when needed only to fire with lame reasons when the requirement is over..
