Work culture is to toxic . Office politics to next level. No value for skilled resources. They take advantage of skilled resources and use them and then play office politics against them which is so wrong as an organisation . Very disappointed .joined this company with lot of positivity and gave 100% to the company and worked along. But senior level management is very toxic and they are to involved in playing politics and unskilled resources and people talking sweet and being in good books are encouraged irrespective of their work and spread of toxicity due them . Not a good experience at all . If you are bold to give back to the management they pressurise and create toxic environment irrespective of the good work you did in past . It’s like working with just keeping your face straight to face sheet mask covered both side. And not asking questions....Read More

Work culture is toxic. Don't expect good appraisal. No job security, as they keep selling their projects and forcing their employees to resign. Management is useless, idiotic and doesn't care about employees wellbeing. Nothing to learn, all projects are legacy, built upon technologies that are no longer used by other companies.
